  • How does YMC Jewelry ship?

    YMC Jewelry usually ships within 2-5 business days of ordering via USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping.

  • How long does it typically take to receive an order?

    Your parcel is usually delivered within 1 to 10 working days after dispatch depending that shipping you select. This days are only for United States.

    However, shipping may take longer than 2 to 6 weeks depending on international customs regulations. YMC Jewelry is not responsible for any delays due to these procedures.

  • What methods of payment does YMC Jewelry accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and we accept PayPal payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept direct bank transfer.

  • Do your prices include taxes?

    All prices are VAT or Taxes included. However, customs duty payments are not covered. When you order, you will be responsible for paying import duties.

  • What is your refund policy?

    YMC Jewelry will refund merchandise within 15 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in its original packaging and there are no signs of use or misuse.

    Eligible returns must be sent via USPS mail we recommend use insure. Customized/Personalized
    items cannot be returned.
    We will refund you the all amount you paid for the order.
