I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 3-5 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery
I do accept cancellations but they need to be in the first 12 hours.
We do not accept cancellations if the product was shipping.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns Policy
Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately, due to health & safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.
All our items are "made to order" so there is a 20% of purchase price restocking/made to order fee for returns and shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit back to us.
Custom Items
Customized/Personalized items cannot be returned.
CUSTOM ITEMS: No refunds on items with Custom Order, Colors or Lettering (Hand Stamp Charms Disc) OR engraved items unless the item(s) are defective.
Customized/Personalized items cannot be returned.
Non-custom/personal items may be exchanged for either a store credit or an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange the original item for something higher in price, I'll invoice you with the difference.
Loose Charms are not eligible for replace. (Charms come with open jump ring but strong in normal wearing conditions you do not loose).
The photos are intended to depict the design of the piece and informational purposes only, not the actual dimensions.

Colors on your screen are affected by monitor settings and different web browsers. Slight changes in shades are unavoidable.
Please do not send anything back without notifying us first.
